|Ingredients||1/4 cup cocoa|
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
|Directions||Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" square pan. In a bowl mix cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Melt butter in sauce pan. Remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Blend in flour mixture. Pour it all into the pan. Bake 20-25 min.|
Done when the edges of the brownies start to creep away from the edge of the pan.
|Notes||For extra flavoury goodness, Add one shot (1 oz) of Baileys Irish Cream with the vanilla.|
Margarine can be substituted for the butter.
