Ingredients | 1 Crust (See pastry Recipie) 1 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup Flour 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1/3 Cup Butter 1 1/2 lbs Apples (About 6) 1/4 Cup Cream |
Directions | Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon with butter. Spread about 1/3 of this mix on the crust. Peel, core and slice the apples and then put into the shell. Sprinkle the remaining mix on the apples. Pour cream on top of it all. Bake at 425 degrees for 15min, and then reduce heat to 350 degrees for another 20-30min. |
