| Ingredients | 36 maraschino cherries 1 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 1 1/2 confectioners sugar 1/2 cup butter, softened 1 tsp vanilla 1 Tbsp cream or milk graham cracker crumbs |
| Directions | Mix well the coconut, confectioners sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla. Let that chill in the fridge 20-30 minutes. Take the batter and wrap each cherry in about 2 tsp of batter. Roll/cover well each ball in graham cracker crumbs. Keep chilled until ready to serve. |
