2 egg whites

6 Tbs melted butter
1 and 3/4 Cup milk
1 Tbs honey
2 egg yokes

1 3/4 Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt



DirectionsFor Part A, separate the eggs and whip the whites to stiff peaks.

Mix together all wet ingredients in Part B and mix in a different bowl all the ingredients from Part C. Fold in the wet part to the dry part, folding in the whipped egg whites last, being careful not to crush it too much.

Heat both sides of the waffle iron, brush with oil (spray works best!) and put in about 1 cup of the batter. You want approximately 1 minute on each side, till golden brown.
NotesLooking at about 60 degrees on our temperature gauge waffle iron.
