Ingredients | 525 g of semisweet chcolate 1 can (300 ml) of sweetened condensed milk 1/4 cup of dark rum 5ml of rum extract, or forgo the rum and add 15ml of vanilla Something tasty to roll them in (ie cocoa, or icing sugar, or finely diced nuts) |
Directions | Melt in a big pot the chocolate and condensed milk. Remove from heat and mix in the rum and extract. Balance out until you get a flavour you like. Cool the mix for at least an hour, or until it's pretty solid. Form into balls, and then roll in sprinkles, cocoa, icing sugar and the like. |
Notes | The hour wait time for cooling can be done in the fridge. Also, can use this time to make out. |
