Ingredients | meatballs 2 tbs cornstarch 1 can pineapple 1/3 cup white vinegar 1 tbs soy sauce 1/3 cup green pepper, chopped |
Directions | Brown the meatballs in a pan and remove. Mix cornstarch and sugar in the pan. Stir in pineapple syrup, vinegar, and soy sauce till smooth. Cook the liquid over medium heat until thick. add in the meatballs, pineapple chunks, and green pepper. Heat throughly. |
