Ingredients | 1/4 cup cocoa 1/2 cup flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs |
Directions | Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" square pan. In a bowl mix cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Melt butter in sauce pan. Remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Blend in flour mixture. Pour it all into the pan. Bake 20-25 min. Done when the edges of the brownies start to creep away from the edge of the pan. |
Notes | For extra flavoury goodness, Add one shot (1 oz) of Baileys Irish Cream with the vanilla. Coconut oil or margarine can be substituted for the butter. |
