Ingredients1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
DirectionsHeat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" square pan. In a bowl mix cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Melt butter in sauce pan. Remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Blend in flour mixture. Pour it all into the pan. Bake 20-25 min.
Done when the edges of the brownies start to creep away from the edge of the pan.
NotesFor extra flavoury goodness, Add one shot (1 oz) of Baileys Irish Cream with the vanilla.

Margarine can be substituted for the butter.
